Inverkeithing Trust – Membership Privacy Notice
This privacy notice tells you what membership data we collect and what we use it for.
What information do we collect?
When you apply to become an IKT Member we collect: your name, address and email details.
How we use the information?
We will use your Member details to communicate with you about:
your application for membership;
the IKT annual general meeting;
IKT news, activities and projects;
community events;
other information and news about Inverkeithing that we feel may be of interest to you.
We store your Member details in a confidential Membership Register.
We will not share your information with any third parties unless we have asked for your consent to do so.
If your application to join IKT is unsuccessful or we cannot process your application for some reason, your data will be retained for six months then deleted.
Your rights over your information
By law, you can ask us what information we hold about you, and you can ask us to correct it if it is inaccurate.
You can also ask us to give you a copy of the information and to stop using your information.
