INVERGREENING

Invergreening – the Trust has been invited to take part in discussions with Fife Council’s Local Leadership Team on their grasslands management strategy for Inverkeithing. Council’s aim is to reduce grass cutting whilst creating more quality, biodiverse areas for insects and wildlife. One of our Trust members is a nature conservationist (with a specific interest in insects) currently working for RSPB and he has agreed to be the Trust’s representative in the discussions.

WHO ARE WE?
The Inverkeithing Trust is a non-profit charity run by local volunteers that aims to help build a strong, vibrant community in Inverkeithing.
We engage with townsfolk on projects as well as "join the dots" to let you know what’s happening in the community.
